About Us
Who I Am
I
am the principal of Sears Associates. My work of helping
others build their
ways started with a career in carpentry and
over the last 35 years has
evolved through the worlds of human services and construction management,
to university teaching and organizational consulting services. The
thread continues
to be one of “making hard stuff doable.” With
a BS in Liberal Studies, an MA in Conflict Resolution, and years
at Cornell University’s School of Industrial & Labor Relations
as a member of the outreach faculty, leveraging big picture thinking
into the immediate issue continues to be my passion.
